Will not restore previous in-app purches

I recently had to reinstall Yosemite. After reinstalling all the apps that I use this particular app would not restore my previous in-app purchases. Then I was unable to find a support a link or email to try and resolve this problem.

To the author, if you read this would you please help me to regain my in-app purchases? Thank you very much.
